Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, work assignments, or a contractor relationship.

1. Independent Contractor Relationship
Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship.
If approved, you will serve as an independent contractor under a separate written agreement that will outline project terms, payment, responsibilities, and expectations.

2. No Guarantee of Work
Approval into our contractor network does not guarantee:

• Work assignments
• Minimum hours
• Future projects
• Exclusive opportunities
• Ongoing business

Projects are assigned based on business needs, qualifications, availability, performance, and service areas.

3. Accuracy of Information
You agree that all information provided in your application is accurate and complete.
Providing false or misleading information may result in:

• Rejection of your application
• Removal from our contractor network

You agree not to disclose or misuse confidential information without authorization.

7. Right to Decline or Remove Contractors
We reserve the right to:

• Remove contractors from our network.
• Suspend future project opportunities.
